These terms govern the manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial relationships between Ningbo See Full Living and our global B2B partners.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Ningbo See Full Living Co., Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing a purchase order for our furniture products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms apply exclusively to commercial transactions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued business engagement constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. B2B Business Model
No Retail Sales: We are a professional manufacturer and OEM/ODM supplier. We strictly operate on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis serving e-commerce sellers, wholesalers, brands, and retailers.
We do not sell individual units for personal household use. All accounts and orders are subject to verification of business status.
3. Orders and Minimum Quantities (MOQ)
- Standard MOQ: Our general Minimum Order Quantity starts from 50 units per SKU to support small-to-medium businesses.
- Samples: Sample orders are permitted for quality verification. A sampling fee applies, which may be refundable upon placement of a bulk order meeting specific thresholds.
- Customization: For OEM/ODM projects involving custom molds, materials, or ID design, higher MOQs may apply based on raw material procurement requirements.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) on an FOB Ningbo basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., aluminum, wood board) or exchange rates.
Standard Payment Structure:
- Deposit: 30% T/T deposit required to initiate production.
- Balance: 70% balance due prior to shipment or against the Copy of B/L, subject to credit approval.
5. Production and Lead Times
We strive to meet the following timelines:
- Sampling: Rapid prototyping within 72 hours for standard items.
- Mass Production: Typically 15–25 days after deposit receipt and final design confirmation.
*Note: Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to force majeure events.
6. Quality Assurance & Warranty
We guarantee that our products meet the agreed specifications and international standards (CE, FSC where applicable).
Inspection: Clients are welcome to arrange third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, ITS) prior to shipment.
Claims: Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be made within 30 days of cargo arrival. For valid defect claims, we offer replacement parts or credit in the next order.
7. Intellectual Property (OEM/ODM)
Client IP: Any designs, logos, or specifications provided by the Client for OEM production remain the exclusive property of the Client. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request to protect your market competitiveness.
Our IP: Designs developed solely by Ningbo See Full Living Co., Ltd (ODM products) remain our intellectual property unless transferred via a specific written agreement.
